Shipping
Most orders received before 1:00 PM will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after that time will ship the next business day. Please consider 24 hours processing time. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Carpartsnow.ng only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely manner to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
If an item in your order is out of stock or unavailable for shipment; customer service will contact you prior to fulfilling your order.
Certain items are only available for in-store pick up and local delivery. You will be notified when you try to add these items to your cart. In the unlikely event that you purchase an item that is not available for shipping which did not have a warning; a customer service representative will contact you prior to fulfilling your order.
We are not responsible for products returned due to incorrect shipping addresses. To avoid any errors, please make sure to review your information prior to submitting your order. Shipping charges due to incorrect address are not refundable.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
We do not offer price adjustments on items purchased at full price if it is marked down after your purchase has been fulfilled.

Local Delivery
We offer local delivery within Lagos during the hours of 9:00am - 4:00pm. Simply choose Delivery as your shipping method when checking out. Please note: even though dispatch may be available, we do not offer local deliver during holidays, and Sundays.
Delivery fees are calculated based on the distance between customer's shipping address and store location.
If no one is present at the delivery location (customer's shipping address), the courier will wait 5 minutes before returning the items to the pickup location. Customer will not be refunded for the delivery fee and additional charges may apply.
Pick Up In-Store
Local customers have the option of in-store pick up. Simply add the items to your cart and choose In Store Pick Up as your shipping method. We will do our best to have your order available within 1 hour; however this is not guaranteed. Person picking up the order must present a valid I.D. and copy of the order. Information must match customer order information. Same day pick up is only available during business hours (Monday-Friday: 9am-5:30pm, Saturday: 10:30am-3pm, excluding holidays) .
